Program Area 1: Reflection Circles

  • One circle orientation session……………………….$250.00
  • One circle session………………………………………..$300.00
  • One Reflection Circle for one year…………………$3,900.00 (circle meets once a month)
    ………………………………………………………………….$7,800.00 (circle meets 2x a month)

Currently there are 10 circles closely associated with CFAR, at a total yearly cost of: $38650.00

Currently 3 of the 10 circles produce income for CFAR, for a total yearly income of: $5800.00

Currently 1 of the 10 circles barters with CFAR at a total yearly value of: $7800.00

This leaves CFAR with a Reflection Circle related income gap of $25,650.00

In other words, if we can raise $25,650.00 this program area will break-even

Program Area 3: All day quarterly training seminars

  •  One all-day training seminar…………………………$2000.00

Currently, CFAR offers 4 all day seminars at a yearly cost of: $8000.00.

Currently these seminars produce $3500 in donations a year.

This leaves CFAR with an all day training seminar related income gap of $4,500.00.  

In other words, if we can raise $4,500.00 this program area will break-even.

Program Area 4: Multi-session training seminars

  • One training session……………………………………………………………..$375.00
  • One 8 session training experience………………………………………….$3000.00

Currently CFAR offers at least 2 multi-session training experiences per year at a cost of: $6000.00

Currently, this program area brings in $200 in donations per year.

This leaves CFAR with a extended seminar related income gap of $5800.00

In other words, if we can raise $5,800.00 this program area will break-even.

Program Area 5: Friend/Fund/Consciousness Raisers

  • One Event……………………………………………………………………………$750.00

Currently, CFAR offers two events per year at a cost of: $1500.00

Currently these 2 events produce $2000 per year in income.

This program area produces $500 of net income for CFAR per year.

Program Area 6: Individual and Organizational Coaching

  • One organizational ½ day team building retreat………………………………….$500.00
  • One organizational full day team building retreat………………………………$1000.00
  • One organizational key note speech/information session (1/2 hour)……$125.00
  • One (1.5 hr) individual life coaching session………………………………………..$187.50

Currently CFAR offers 2-3 individual life-coaching sessions a month at a yearly cost of $6750.00

Currently CFAR offers 3-4 organizational team-building seminars per year at a cost of $2000.  These activities produce $1500 in yearly income.

Currently CFAR offers 3-4 organizational key note/info seminars yearly at a cost of $500, thus far these activities have produced no income.

This leaves CFAR with a Coaching related income gap of $7750.00

In other words, if we can raise $7,750.00 this program area will break-even.

When all program income gaps are added it comes to a grand total of $47,850.00 that needs to be raised yearly for each program area to break even.

However when yearly net program income is added in, as well as yearly CFAR unrestricted donations, this income gap lessens to $44,350.00.

Bottom line, in order for CFAR to operate at full market rates, and to pay current staff more of a just wage, we need to raise about $44,350.00 per year.
